At IADE Escuela de Diseño, we are committed to providing you with a clear and efficient admissions experience so that you can focus on what matters most: your education. Throughout this process, we will guide you from the initial assessment of your educational needs and the guarantee of your place, to the digital signature that makes you an official student. We will help you comply with all the necessary legal requirements and provide you with a warm welcome to familiarize you with our educational environment. You will have the constant support of our advisors and managers, and using our digital tools, you will be fully prepared to begin your academic journey at our school.
1. Admission

The evaluation process to detect training needs at IADE Escuela de Diseño, includes the application with the provision of data, CV and ID, followed by the payment of fees. A language test (if Spanish is not the native language), a test of competencies and general knowledge, and a personal interview is carried out along with the presentation of a motivational letter. During this process, you will be in contact with an admissions counselor and you will use the pre-student portal to upload your documents until the enrollment is completed, even after gaining access to the student portal.

2. Registration

In order to guarantee your place in the degree program, you will need to pay the reservation fee within a recommended period of 7 days at the latest, followed by the payment for the opening of the file. During this process, you will be in contact with an admissions counselor and upload your documents to the pre-student portal until the end of your enrollment, even after gaining access to the student portal.

3. Enrollment

The digital signature that makes you a student of IADE Escuela de Diseño, involves the presentation of the enrollment documentation, including the access consent, the enrollment form and the direct debit. During this process, you will be in contact with a welcome manager and, once enrolled, you will use the student portal to manage any pending access documents.

4. Access

Access to IADE Escuela de Diseño requires the accreditation that you meet the legal requirements, which you can manage along with your enrollment. The access documentation varies according to the educational system of origin (Spanish or foreign) and previous studies. During this process,you will be in contact with a welcome manager and, once enrolled, you will use the student portal to manage any pending access documents. 5. Welcome

At IADE Escuela de Diseño we aim to offer you the best possible welcome. For your familiarization, you will be able to solve your doubts with the team of tutors, take your first steps in the Student Portal and access the Tutor's Classroom and the Virtual Campus. During this process, you will have the support of an academic advisor and you will use the student portal for any pending management once enrolled.
